The management and representation of Caritas Association Sigmaringen is the responsibility of a two-person, full-time board, which in turn is appointed by the supervisory board. The two board members are: Mr. Alexander Sperl Mr. Sebastian Metzger

Supervisory Board/Supervisory Committee
The supervisory board, elected by the assembly of representatives, is the controlling body vis-à-vis the executive board. It is involved in fundamental issues and performs the tasks assigned to it by the statutes, such as appointing the auditor, receiving accountability reports, approving financial planning, and discharging the executive board. In doing so, it observes the recommendations and decisions of the assembly of representatives. In total, there are nine members on the supervisory board:

Assembly of Representatives
The assembly of representatives is the sovereign, i.e., the electoral and base body of the Caritas Association Sigmaringen, as well as the central decision-making body. It consists of its members, particularly the Catholic parishes, corporate members (e.g., professional associations, support associations, etc.), and individual members.
