St. Franziskus Workshop

The St. Franziskus Workshop is a recognized workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM). It offers 80 jobs for people with mental disabilities. The catchment area is the Sigmaringen district.
The workshop is formally divided into the vocational training area, including an initial assessment process aimed at professional reintegration into the primary job market, and the work area with permanent jobs subject to social insurance contributions. We are certified according to AZAV for the rehabilitation sector.

Our services include:

Vocational Training in the Vocational Training Area

The goal of the vocational training area is to provide individual support to participants according to their abilities. Career prospects in various work fields are made possible and appropriately qualified.

Vocational training takes place in the following areas:

Diverse Work in the Work Area

After completing the vocational training area, the WfbM offers jobs subject to social insurance contributions in the work area.
Here we take on work orders from the region in the following areas:

Combining work and rehabilitation, that is our corporate mission.

Implementing this mission in our daily work means living mutual acceptance of all people working in the workshop, strengthening personal responsibility, and providing help when one’s own strength is not sufficient to achieve a goal.
