The workshop is formally divided into the vocational training area, including an initial assessment process aimed at professional reintegration into the primary job market, and the work area with permanent jobs subject to social insurance contributions. We are certified according to AZAV for the rehabilitation sector.
Our services include:

The overarching goal is participation in working life through the development of professional and practical life skills, in preparation for the general labor market or the work area of the WfbM.
Vocational training takes place in the following areas:

- Landscape Gardening
- Media Design

Diverse Work in the Work Area
After completing the vocational training area, the WfbM offers jobs subject to social insurance contributions in the work area.

Combining work and rehabilitation, that is our corporate mission.
Implementing this mission in our daily work means living mutual acceptance of all people working in the workshop, strengthening personal responsibility, and providing help when one’s own strength is not sufficient to achieve a goal.
