Employee Representative Committee
In accordance with the provisions of the Employee Representation Ordinance (MAVO), the employees of the Caritas Association form employee representative bodies (MAVen) in the association’s offices and facilities. These bodies represent the interests of the employees and actively participate in shaping and deciding on matters that affect them.
