Employee Representative Committee
According to the provisions of the Employee Representation Ordinance (MAVO), the employees of the Caritas Association form Employee Representative Committees (MAVs) in the offices and facilities of the association. These committees represent the interests of employees and actively participate in shaping and making decisions on matters concerning them.
